How it works
Three simple steps:
1.Select a site and choose the amount you'd like to invest
Log on to our platform to view available opportunities, along with key information and estimated returns. Select the project and invest using our secure online payment system.
All fees will be clearly disclosed to you as part of the information provided on our website about each investment opportunity.
You will then own a part of the company that owns the land, proportional to the amount which you invest.
2. Leave it to the experts
The limited company which owns the land will appoint an investment manager along with planning experts to guide the land through the process. We will update all shareholders via the platform on progress every six months.
3. Sell your investment
If and when planning permission is achieved for the site, it will be sold.
You may also be able to sell your investment before planning permission is achieved, on a matched bargain basis, however this cannot be guaranteed.
